Greek Casts Cappie’s Parents

When Greek returns to ABC Family on January 25, viewers will finally meet Cappie’s parents.

The character’s mother will be played by veteran TV star Lea Thompson (pictured), best known for having anchored Caroline in the City for five seasons.

Jim Abele, meanwhile, will play Cappie’s non-conformist father, Tobias. He’s appeared in episodes of Cold Case and Mad Men.

“Meeting his parents will have a big impact on Casey,” said a Greek insider, adding that the pair will appear during the second half of the show’s upcoming 10-episode cycle.
